In our vineyards we abide by a series of regulations called GAP (Good Agricultural Practices). These are procedures on the basis of which we carry out the jobs on the estates, and they are aimed at caring for the environment in addition to ensuring the traceability of our grapes by a complex system of records related with the various agricultural tasks.

We use environmentally-friendly products, applying correct dosages to avoid leaving residues on the grapes.  In addition, all our vineyards use drip-feed irrigation systems and we intervene with machinery as little as possible, so protecting the soil in each place.

At present we are working on the use of agricultural practices that encourage biodiversity. We also have nutritional management that includes various factors according to the needs of the vine and soil.

Finally, in order to prevent erosion in all our estates, we keep vegetation between rows and conserve the native vegetation of each place.
